Princess Pageant 3/28/09

We decided to put Emry in another pageant this weekend and she did a wonderful job! I bought her a new blue dress and bow! I think the dress makes her stand out even more! This time she didnt sit down on the stage! She won First Alternate (again haha) I am so proud!! I believe this will be our last pageant for a while! I see how they get addictive but I only want to do them to have fun and this weekend before the pageant I was stressing out big time! I think that is a sign that we need to quit and take our 2 1st alternate awards and be happy :) Here are a few pictures and also a video

Emrys Cinderella pageant!

This weekend Emry was in her first pageant! She was so pretty! She ended up winning BEAUTY and 1st alternate!! I am so proud!

I believe that she would have won the whole thing but she scooted across the stage and kept running to one end of the stage yelling "HEY!" to her Nonna and PaPa!(my parents) She was so silly! Everyone was laughing at her!

The pageant was supposed to start at 11 and it ended up starting at 12:30 so she was very tired and I had to keep her awake!! The little girl that won the whole thing did such a great job! She was able to get her nap out while waiting on the pageant to start.

Emry was so proud of her crown and her trophy! Out of all 6 babies she and the winner are the only ones who won a crown :)

She was so silly! Here she is blowing kisses and a few pictures of her dress... I decided to go with blue to make her pretty blue eyes stand out and to be different... it was a risk well taken :)

Jessica, Jaiden, and Carsens Visit!

Yesterday my cousin, that I think of more as a sister, Jessica came to Auburn to visit us! She brought her sons or my "nephews" as I call them Carsen and Jaiden. Jaiden is 5 years old and Carsen is also 17months... he is only 6 days older than Miss Emry! We had so much fun! We went to the mall and to Tiger Town and then we went to Hickory Dickory Park and had a GREAT time! I wish that we lived closer so that our babies could play more! Here are a few pictures from their visit!

This is me and Jaiden! I always call him MY BUDDY!! I used to babysit him ALL the time when he was really little!

I think its so neat that Carsen and Emry are so close in age! I hope one day they will be close like Jessica and I!

Emry LOVES Carsen SO much! She loves having someone her age to play with! I wish we lived closer so that she could play with him more!
